Agents like you work with us as independent service providers.

No. You can stay at your current brokerage and still work with PropZap customers. We are brokerage-agnostic, meaning we’re open to working with any licensed agent at any brokerage in Canada.

Yes. All agents working with PropZap must be licensed and in good standing with their provincial regulator. If you’re not licensed yet but exploring a career in real estate, reach out — we’re happy to guide you through the process.

We provide the customer. You handle the service. Once a client is onboarded through our platform, we match them with an agent based on location, availability, and service fit. If you accept the assignment, you’ll work with the customer through the transaction — while we handle backend support, communication tools, and customer experience.

We work with pre-qualified buyers and sellers who have already gone through our onboarding system. They’re serious, educated, and looking for a seamless experience. In many cases, we’ve already set expectations, gathered documents, and even helped them get pre-approved.

We work on a referral agreement or service agreement basis, depending on the deal. Commissions are split based on pre-agreed terms, and payouts are fast and transparent. There are no hidden fees, no desk costs, and no need to join our brokerage.

We do have a few key systems you’ll use to work with our customers (like our communication hub and document portals), but they’re easy to adopt and designed to save you time. We take care of the busywork so you can focus on servicing the client.
