A qualified purchase means your offer was accepted, conditions were met or waived, the transaction closed, and PropZap received the buyer-side commission.

Cashback is paid by e-transfer or EFT within 30 business days of PropZap receiving commission funds from the transaction.

You should never jeopardize your safety or financial security to try and qualify for additional cashback. A firm offer only means the conditions have been satisfied or waived — not skipped.
