🔒 PropZap Realty Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Referral Incentive: $500 CAD per qualified referral

1. Program Overview

This referral program (“Program”) allows eligible individuals to receive a $500 referral reward for referring new clients to PropZap Realty Inc., subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for this Program:

  • The referrer must be an individual who is not actively licensed to trade in real estate, mortgage brokering, or property management under applicable provincial legislation.

  • The referral must be submitted directly to PropZap Realty, not to an individual agent.

  • The referred person (the “Client”) must be a new customer, meaning:

    • They have not previously registered, onboarded, or completed a transaction with PropZap Realty.

    • They are not already in an agreement with a PropZap agent or another real estate brokerage.

📌 Referrals made to individual agents are not eligible under this program.

3. Referral Submission

To be valid, referrals must be:

  • Submitted through an official PropZap referral form or directly to a PropZap advisor

  • Accompanied by sufficient information to identify the referred client

  • Logged prior to the referred client beginning their transaction with PropZap Realty

4. Reward Structure

  • The referral reward is a flat $500 CAD per qualifying closed transaction.

  • There are no limits to how many individuals you may refer.

  • If multiple referrers claim the same client, PropZap will determine reward eligibility at its sole discretion based on the initial submission record.

5. Payment Terms

  • Referral rewards are issued via E-Transfer or EFT.

  • Payments will be processed within 30 days of PropZap Realty receiving full commission from the referred client’s transaction.

  • Rewards are considered earned only after the transaction is fully closed and funds are received in full by PropZap Realty.

  • The referrer will be notified by email once payment has been processed.

6. Compliance with Regulations

This program is structured to comply with the Real Estate Act and provincial real estate regulations.

Referrers must not engage in activities that require a license, such as:

  • Soliciting or negotiating real estate transactions

  • Providing property advice or conducting showings

  • Holding themselves out as licensed representatives

PropZap Realty reserves the right to withhold or revoke any referral payment that may violate these regulations.

7. Program Conditions

  • The referred transaction must be completed through PropZap Realty and closed successfully.

  • If the transaction does not close for any reason, no referral fee will be paid.

  • PropZap Realty reserves the right to:

    • Verify the eligibility of any referral

    • Refuse payment for referrals that do not meet the terms

    • Disqualify participants acting in bad faith

    • Modify or cancel this program at any time without notice

8. Non-Transferability

Referral rewards are non-transferable and can only be issued to the individual who submitted the referral. They may not be assigned, gifted, or redirected.
